I enjoy having Maghal as my provider and I believe that she listens and has her patients best interest in mind. However, the practice as a whole, is another story. It is incredibly difficult to get a hold of the right people, and to get an actual answer a lot of the time. I take a medication that is sometimes hard to obtain, and in the process of having this medication refilled, I was told by the practice to contact several pharmacies and ask them what their stock of this particular medication was. If you are unfamiliar with the pharmacy industry, this is not something that is allowed. I was placed int he position of middle man for the practice ordering the prescription as well as several pharmacies which when called could not even provide me with the information that was requested.
There is no online portal to send messages directly to your provider, only a general inquiry box. Otherwise you have to leave a voicemail and just hope that someone gets back to you. From the appearance in the office being dated and not clean, to the scheduling of appointments with incorrect providers in incorrect locations, I have found this practice to be rather unprofessional and I am in the process of switching primary care providers.

This was the meet and greet appointment. Dr Maghal was very thorough in her questions and information about the practice. I was very comfortable with her. I liked that there were tests for my immediate issues along with the appointments for the wellness exam.

She is an absolutely amazing doctor! She has been my doctor for many years now and I have never had any complaints she’s always caring and really takes the time to figure out what’s wrong and the best way to treat you. If you’re sick she gets you in to be seen within a day or two. She has just been a wonderful doctor and friend.

Dr Maghal is a sweetheart, she’s funny , Kind, and caring. She listens to you and your needs and concerns.
